Dr. Donna Grant Wilcox holds a PhD in Counseling with specialized certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Living Therapy. Her academic foundation is further strengthened by a Masters' of Theology Degree, and she is an Ordained Chaplain, bringing a unique blend of clinical expertise and spiritual care to her work.

For 12 years, Dr. Wilcox served in hospice care as both a Chaplain and Counselor, providing compassionate support to individuals and families during life's most challenging moments. Her experience in end-of-life care has shaped her deep understanding of human resilience, hope, and the transformative power of faith.

As an Author and Motivational Speaker, Dr. Wilcox shares her message of hope and praise with audiences around the world. She is an active Speaker for Project Rescue, a program operating in over 30 countries dedicated to rescuing victims of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Through this work, she advocates for those who have experienced profound trauma, offering them a pathway to healing and restoration.

Dr. Wilcox's mission centers around delivering a positive message of hope and praise, empowering individuals to overcome adversity and discover their inherent worth and potential. Her life's work reflects a commitment to serving the most vulnerable and bringing light to the darkest circumstances.

In her personal life, Donna is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have been mom and dad to over 49 young people throughout their marriage—a testament to their heart for nurturing and guiding the next generation.

As a member of the You In Bloom Advisory Board, Dr. Wilcox brings her extensive experience in counseling, spiritual care, advocacy, and mentorship to guide the organization's mission of fostering ethical excellence and personal transformation.
