Onyinye Gift

Onyinye Gift is a workforce development and talent strategy leader with over 15 years of experience connecting individuals from historically underserved communities to meaningful employment and career advancement opportunities. She currently serves as a Senior Workforce Partnerships Manager for a regional employer consortium, where she collaborates with local businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions to design inclusive hiring pipelines, internships, and career pathways for youth and young adults.

Onyinye has led employer engagement initiatives focused on equitable hiring, skills-based recruitment, and career mobility, working closely with HR leaders and business owners across the Metro Denver region. Her work emphasizes reducing barriers to employment for women, people of color, and individuals from immigrant communities by aligning workforce training with real employer needs.

As a board member of You In Bloom, she brings deep expertise in workforce development, employer partnerships, and talent pipelines. She is passionate about expanding access to internships, apprenticeships, and job opportunities for program participants and helping You In Bloom strengthen relationships with local employers. She is committed to advancing racial equity and economic opportunity and believes that community-rooted, participant-centered programs are essential to building sustainable career pathways and long-term economic stability.
