A seasoned law enforcement executive, social impact storyteller, and leadership strategist, Sean has built a career centered on integrity, accountability, and elevating people through purposeful leadership.

His professional journey spans roles as Chief of Police for the Department of Defense, Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations, and service as a U.S. Air Force veteran. Across these roles, Sean has been guided by a steadfast commitment to character, discipline, and the belief that people thrive when leaders cultivate environments grounded in trust, clarity, and respect — principles that align deeply with You In Bloom’s mission to help individuals "bloom fully" with confidence and strength.

As the Co-Founder and CEO of ARISE Group Inc., Sean develops innovative strategies that combine data, storytelling, and organizational insight to support safer, stronger communities. His work reflects his core philosophy: transformational growth happens when individuals are empowered, supported, and inspired to lead with purpose.

Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Hampton University and a master’s degree in Emergency Management from the University of Louisville. His expertise in organizational culture, crisis leadership, and strategic development uniquely positions him to support You In Bloom’s programs and their impact on individuals and communities.
