Vincent Omoalukhe Omegba

Vincent Omoalukhe Omegba is an accomplished Executive Coach, Organizational Development Specialist, and trusted advisor to board members, executives, managers, and stakeholders across sectors. With over three decades of global leadership experience spanning law, ministry, and organizational consulting, he is deeply committed to fostering human and organizational excellence through coaching, strategic leadership, and transformative growth.

He currently serves as Senior Consultant at ConsensysGrowth Consulting LLC, where he partners with organizations to drive positive change, strengthen team dynamics, and develop high-performing leaders. His expertise includes executive and life coaching, leadership development, change management, strategic planning, and cross-cultural intelligence. He has coached and trained leaders of nonprofit organizations, church ministries, and corporate teams across the United States, Nigeria, and Uganda.

He also serves as President and Executive Director of Hope Hall Inc., a nonprofit organization in Aurora, Colorado, providing housing and support to low-income earners, ex-offenders, and international students. He works closely with the Aurora Mayor's Office and community-based nonprofits to improve immigrant integration and community well-being.

A passionate faith and community leader, he has served with distinction in The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) since 2003, currently overseeing 10 churches across Colorado and Missouri as Provincial Pastor. He is also the founding pastor of RCCG Dayspring Center, a thriving multi-ethnic congregation representing members from over 12 nations.

His leadership extends to board service and community impact roles, including Board Chair of the Colorado African Innovation and Cultural Center and member of the African Leadership Group's Leadership Academy Advisory and Admissions Committee, where he contributes to curriculum development, mentoring, and community mobilization.

A licensed attorney in Nigeria, he began his career in law, serving with the Federal Ministry of Justice, and later founding and managing private law firms before transitioning to leadership and organizational development.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Jos, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global Campus, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Capella University.
